American award winning rapper French Montana has a soft heart for Uganda after paying the pearl Africa a visit he shot a documentary and recorded the music video unforgettable with the sitya loss ghetto kids. French Montana featured Rae Sremmund singer Swae Lee and the video is buzzing all over the world. But it doesn’t stop there, French has clearly showed us he has love for this country by spearheading a fundraise drive for Suubi health Centre in Iganga Uganda.
The American Hip hop superstar made a generous donation of $100,000 (about Shs360 million) to Mama Hope NGO to enable the organization expand its Suubi Health Clinic. The rapper who is an estimated net worth of $8 million visited the health centre in Iganga district in March this year. The funds were received by Mama Hope, an organization which supports entrepreneurship worldwide to help uplift kids from tough backgrounds. French also urged his fans to contribute to the good cause of expanding the health centre.
French Montana visited the women and children at the health centre last month in March and was very touched by the work being done in the institution. Suubi is a maternity and child health clinic that serving a population of 56,000 people.
Mama Hope was elated and couldn’t keep her excitement to herself; she took to social media to thank French for his generosity.

Last month, famous rapper French Montana went to visit our partners at the Suubi Health Clinic while was in Uganda filming the video for his new song “Unforgettable.” He was so inspired by the incredible work they are doing to provide maternal and child health care that he decided to donate $100,000 to jump-start construction on the new maternity clinic. This new clinic will allow Suubi to extend their services to thousands more people in rural Uganda. We are so stunned and grateful to French Montana, his team and Global Citizen for making this happen!” Mama Hope posted on Facebook.
